Using MDAR

MDAR operates under the name MDAR DATA. These terms govern your use of our website and tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

MDAR provides investment research, stock screening and comparison, financial information, and portfolio tracking and review. It helps you assess information and make your own decisions.

Your account

Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details private and contact support@mdar.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for how you use your account and for access you knowingly allow. You are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by a failure of our security measures. Joining the waitlist does not automatically grant account access.

Use the service responsibly

Do not use MDAR unlawfully, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass access restrictions. Do not use it to infringe another person's rights.

Do not copy, sell or redistribute content in ways that breach applicable content licences or others' rights. Access to MDAR does not itself grant a right to republish third-party financial information.

Research and financial information

Financial information and automated analyses may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Comparisons and portfolio reviews depend on available data and the information you provide; they may not account for your full circumstances. Check dates, source information and important figures before relying on them.

The tools support research and do not replace your judgment or advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances. You decide whether an investment is suitable for you. Investment values can fall, and past performance does not guarantee future results. MDAR does not guarantee investment outcomes.

Content and information you submit

MDAR's software and original content belong to MDAR DATA or their respective rights holders. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights and applicable licences. You may use the service as provided, subject to these terms and those rights.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display it, and to use service providers for those purposes, only as needed to operate the service for you. This does not transfer ownership or grant permission to sell your information. Submit only information you are entitled to use.

Changes, availability and account closure

We may update features or interrupt the service for maintenance, security, legal requirements or changes in the information available to us. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of significant changes or discontinuation.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms or a legal requirement. We will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about it where doing so is lawful and safe.

You may stop using MDAR at any time and request account closure at support@mdar.ai. Our privacy policy explains how to request deletion of personal information; closing an account does not necessarily remove all records immediately.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill and for losses caused by our breach of applicable obligations as required by law. We do not take responsibility for market movements or investment results simply because you used MDAR to research an investment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy, updates and contact

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and your choices. Please read it alongside these terms.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. We will make the revised terms available with their effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires earlier action. Changes will not apply retroactively.
